Peter J. Sherman, President
Peter J. Sherman is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ASQ-Certified Quality Engineer. He is Lead Instructor of Emory University's Six Sigma Program in Atlanta, Georgia.  Peter has 22 years experience leading quality and process improvements programs, including serving as Sr. Black Belt for AT&T's Product Development Group.  Peter began his career in quality management working in Japan as a visiting M.I.T. Scholar in 1986-87. In Japan he worked with Dr. Edwards Deming, the noted quality expert.  Peter has been published in various journals including iSixSigma, Quality Progress, Quality Digest, Quality Magazine, Business Process Management Institute, Hospitals & Health Networks and Solutions (Supplement to Journal of Financial Planning). In 2007, Peter was selected by the Quality Excellence for Suppliers in Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum for the 8th Annual "Best Practices Conference" in the Six Sigma category.  Peter received his Master's in Engineering from M.I.T. and has an MBA from Georgia State University.  Peter is an member iSixSigma's Editorial Advisory Board and is a member of the ASQ and ISSSP.
Eric A. Lucas, Senior Consultant
Eric A. Lucas has more than 30 years experience providing business process and project management consulting in Europe and U.S.   Mr. Lucas’ expertise has been in improving quality management processes within the Manufacturing, Service and Healthcare industries.  During 2001-2004, Mr. Lucas served on the Board of Examiners for the Georgia Oglethorpe Award (Malcolm Baldrige) with an emphasis on quality and process management issues in Manufacturing and Service industries. Mr. Lucas is a a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and GAHE.  He is also serves on the Board of Directors of the Assisted Living Federation of America - Georgia Chapter. Mr. Lucas holds a Master of Science in Management Technology from  the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Georgia.  He is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has completed his Black Belt training (Institute of Industrial Engineers certification expected fall 2009).  Mr. Lucas is a member of the ASQ and ACHE.

Marty S. Grubin, Senior Consultant
Marty S. Grubin brings over 30 years experience applying Industrial Engineering and Technology Automation to drive process improvement with medium and Fortune 500 companies.  Marty’s background with AT&T and Western Electric includes all aspects of work measurement, activity based cost analysis, process modeling, quality assurance and simulation and operational risk management.  He has applied this expertise primarily within the Financial Services Industry including: the following business areas:  commercial lending, consumer lending, treasury management, commercial lending workout, credit card dispute and fraud, wealth management, trust, post trade processing, lockbox, credit approval, internal audit and corporate information protection.  His experience with Technology Automation projects includes workflow software, electronic signatures, rules engines, electronic documents management, SOA based solutions and related technologies.  Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA).
Mike Darrish, Senior Consultant

Mike Darrish has over 30 years experience delivering improvement projects in North America, Europe, South Africa and Brazil. Mr. Darrish’s expertise is improving IT processes and end to end performance in Fortune 1000 enterprises, service providers and US government agencies. Mike also works with sales and marketing organizations to improve their messaging, average selling price, margins and close ratio. He has experience building, rebuilding and leading sales organizations in several IT startups, building and managing a customer service escalation team for a Fortune 250 hardware vendor, TCP/IP based LAN/WAN network management and troubleshooting, legacy IBM mainframe assembler language and COBOL skills, and mainframe systems administration. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, did graduate work at the Illinois Institute of Technology, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of ASQ. He recently delivered a lecture titled "ITIL V3 Continual Service Improvement and Six Sigma", focused on integrating best quality practices into current best IT service delivery practices.
